Terms of Service

These terms apply to software made by Tidyware, a brand of Regen International (Business ID 2839566-5, Lähdepolku 2 A 1, 06100 Porvoo, Finland) ("we", "us"), including the Quillpage browser extension and its Pro upgrade (the "Software").

1. Using the Software

You may install and use the free version of the Software for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the paid features, or use the Software in a way that breaks the law.

2. Purchases and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

3. Pro licence

Quillpage Pro is a one-time purchase that gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Pro features in your own browsers, for as long as we offer the Software. A Pro purchase is not a subscription and does not renew.

4. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

Books and files you open stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to read the files you open. We do not receive or store them.

6. Updates and availability

We may update the Software to fix problems, improve it or follow browser and store rules. Chrome or the Chrome Web Store may change in ways outside our control. If we stop offering the Software within 12 months of your Pro purchase, you can ask for a refund.

7. Warranty and liability

We provide the Software with care, but we cannot promise it is free of errors or works with every file. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers keep any mandatory protections of the country where they live.
