Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Regen International (trading as Tidyware, Business ID 2839566-5, Lähdepolku 2 A 1, 06100 Porvoo, Finland, [email protected]) handles personal data. We are the data controller for the processing described here.

Quillpage extension

  • Your books and reading data stay on your device. Books, covers, reading positions, bookmarks, highlights, notes and settings are stored in your browser's local storage. We never receive them.
  • Quillpage has no account, no analytics and no advertising, and does not track the websites you visit.
  • If you use "Open with Quillpage" on a web link, Chrome asks your permission for that website, and Quillpage downloads only that book file directly from that site.
  • Pro licence check: when you buy or restore Quillpage Pro, the extension sends your licence key or purchase ID (and, if you enter it to restore a purchase, your checkout email) to our licence service to confirm the purchase. The service stores only what is needed to confirm the licence: the purchase ID, its status and the date. It runs on Cloudflare (processor).

Purchases

Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle collects your payment and billing details and handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive from Paddle the order details needed to provide your licence and support (name, email address, country, product, amount, order ID). We do not receive your card details.

This website

This website uses no analytics and no tracking, and our own pages set no cookies. The Buy page loads Paddle's checkout, which may use cookies and similar technology needed for payment and fraud prevention, under Paddle's privacy policy. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses briefly to deliver and protect the site.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and email address to answer you and keep the conversation for up to 24 months.

Legal bases and retention

We process purchase and licence data to perform our contract with you and to meet accounting obligations (Finnish law requires keeping accounting records for up to 10 years). Support emails are processed based on our legitimate interest in answering you.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) or the authority in your country.

If this policy changes, we update the date above and describe important changes on this page.
